Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns) and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable age requirements and are legally permitted to purchase the item(s) ordered in your jurisdiction.
Legal Compliance
All firearm sales are subject to a NICS background check and applicable waiting periods. Warrior Garden Firearms reserves the right to refuse any sale at our discretion. We comply fully with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and transfer of firearms and ammunition.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred. Product images are for reference only and actual product may vary.
Prohibited Purchasers
Federal law prohibits the sale of firearms to certain individuals, including but not limited to: convicted felons, persons subject to certain domestic violence restraining orders, and others defined under 18 U.S.C. § 922. Attempting to purchase a firearm when prohibited by law is a federal crime.
Limitation of Liability
Warrior Garden Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harnett County, North Carolina.
