Important Notice
Due to federal and state regulations, all firearm sales are final once a background check has been completed and the firearm has been transferred. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transfer.
Firearms
All firearm sales are final. We do not accept returns on firearms once the ATF Form 4473 has been completed and the transfer has occurred. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for manufacturer defects — in such cases, the item must be returned to the manufacturer directly or through us per the manufacturer's warranty process.
Ammunition
All ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition under any circumstances.
Parts, Accessories & Non-Regulated Items
Non-regulated items (parts, accessories, optics, gear) may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original, unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Items that show signs of use or are missing packaging may not be accepted. Contact us before returning any item.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective non-firearm item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue through warranty channels.
