NFA Items & Services

As a Type 07 FFL and Class II Special Occupational Taxpayer, we are licensed to manufacture, sell, and transfer all NFA-regulated items — suppressors, SBRs, machine guns, and more.

What is a Class II SOT?

A Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) is an FFL holder who pays a federal occupational tax to deal in NFA items commercially. As a Class II SOT, we are licensed to manufacture NFA items — meaning we can make suppressors, SBRs, and other NFA devices in-house, and deal in post-86 machine guns as dealer samples for law enforcement.

What does this mean for you?

  • Access to dealer sample machine guns (LE demos)
  • No $200 stamp required for LE agency transfers
  • In-house NFA item manufacturing
  • Expert guidance on Form 4 & Form 1 process
  • NFA trust setup assistance

Suppressors

Sound suppression devices for pistols, rifles, and shotguns. We carry a selection of in-stock cans and can order any suppressor from our distributors.

Short Barreled Rifles (SBR)

Rifles with barrels under 16" or overall length under 26". We can manufacture, transfer, and register SBRs.

Short Barreled Shotguns (SBS)

Shotguns with barrels under 18" or overall length under 26".

Machine Guns

Pre-86 transferable machine guns for civilian purchase, and post-86 dealer samples for law enforcement demonstration. Contact us for availability.

Any Other Weapons (AOW)

Pen guns, cane guns, smooth-bore pistols, and other NFA-regulated items with a $5 transfer tax.

Destructive Devices (DD)

Certain large-bore firearms and explosive devices regulated under the NFA. Contact us for specifics.

The Form 4 Transfer Process

1

Select Your Item

Choose an NFA item from our inventory or have us order one for you.

2

Complete ATF Form 4

We handle the paperwork. You'll complete ATF Form 4 (for consumer transfers) and submit fingerprints and photos.

3

Pay the Tax Stamp

A $200 tax stamp is required for most NFA items ($5 for AOW). We collect this at time of purchase.

4

Wait for Approval

ATF approval currently takes several months. We hold your item safely until your stamp is approved.

5

Take Ownership

Once your Form 4 is approved, pick up your NFA item with your approved stamp in hand.

Note: NFA transfers require you to be legally eligible to own firearms. All purchasers are subject to a NICS background check. NFA items may not be transferred to residents of states that prohibit them.

Law Enforcement Sales

As a Class II SOT manufacturer, we can provide law enforcement agencies with post-86 machine guns and dealer sample NFA items for demonstration and duty use. Contact us for agency pricing, demo availability, and procurement assistance.
